Taylor Bolen has been promoted to consumer loan officer at Citizens Bank in Monticello. Bolen has five years of banking experience and joined Citizens as a loan assistant.
Citizens Bank of Batesville broke ground Thursday on a new branch in Monticello. Announced last summer and approved by the Arkansas State Bank Board in December, the office at 236 Hwy. 425 N. will replace existing branches at 329 Hwy. 425 N. and 555 W. Gaines St.
Ralph Mastrangelo has been hired as managing director of the institutional sales team of Stephens Inc. in Little Rock.
