Heather Albright has been promoted to senior vice president at Bank of America in Little Rock, where she is a senior relationship manager for global commercial banking and also a market integration executive.
Renee W. Huffaker has been promoted to chief compliance officer at Arvest Bank in Fayetteville. Huffaker has more than 25 years of banking and regulatory experience, including more than five years at Arvest, where she was hired as a compliance senior manager.
Ralph Bradbury and Ed Owens are new senior vice presidents of commercial lending at First National Bank in Little Rock.
Bradbury was previously a commercial banker at Arvest Bank, and Owens was previously a commercial loan manager at Arvest.
Michael Neathery has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at Relyance Bank in Pine Bluff.
Also receiving promotions at Relyance were Andy Jenkins, senior vice president and chief information officer; Steven Brown, senior vice president and chief lending and investment officer; and Russ Martin, senior vice president and chief credit officer.
Chad Stanley of Danville has been promoted to chief lending officer for central Arkansas at Chambers Bank.
Stanley previously had been senior vice president of Chambers Bank, having served in that role since 2001. Stanley was a loan assistant in his first year at the bank.
