Sam Ellis has been named vice president of IT and chief information security officer of Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock, and Antoine Lucas has been named vice president of engineering.
Ellis and Lucas were appointed at the recommendation of President and Chief Executive Officer-elect Barbara Sugg and Lanny Nickell, who is now the executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Ramon Ramos is the new project scheduler for CDI Contractors in Little Rock.
Ramos will create detailed schedules that project superintendents use to coordinate construction activities.
