Say, remember that civil lawsuit Reanetta Hunt filed last year against Baptist Health and Baptist Health Foundation over her termination as chief development officer and CEO of the foundation after only 90 days on the job?
Well, she dropped the suit last month. Without prejudice, according to the order of dismissal signed by Pulaski County Circuit Judge Mackie Pierce, which means she could refile it before the statute of limitations runs out.
Hunt moved from Chicago to take the $185,000-a-year job in February 2019 and was terminated in May. She said she was fired for trying to get the foundation’s accounts in compliance with legal requirements. Baptist Health said she was fired for coming in late, running off staffers and arguing about accounting practices.
She was replaced in December by Lena Moore, formerly of the Clinton Foundation.
