Industrial property in east Little Rock leads off this week’s short parade of million-dollar transactions.

► Afco Metals Inc., owned by Ryerson Holding Corp. of Chicago, sold its 291,924-SF complex at 7701 Lindsey Road in a $14.1 million sale-leaseback deal with an affiliate of Spirit Realty Capital of Dallas.

► Pran McCain LLC of Alpharetta, Georgia, bought the 8,045-SF Red Lobster at 3707 W. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock for $7.3 million.

Seller? ARCP RL Portfolio V LLC, an affiliate of American Realty Capital Properties of Phoenix.

This Red Lobster restaurant at 3707 McCain Blvd. was ranked  No. 3 in 2013 gross receipts in North Little Rock. The Little Rock location was No. 11 on the same list for Little Rock restaurants.

► Red Sash LLC, led by Ray and Cheryl Jones, purchased the 56-unit Rock Creek Apartments project at 375 Monroe St. in Conway at a $1.5 million foreclosure sale.

Former owner: FFH of Conway Ltd., led by Jake Files.

► A North Little Rock mansion built on fraud has a new owner.

The 12,449-SF residence that sports memorabilia fraudster John Rogers once called home changed hands in a transaction pegged at $1.3 million.

Joseph Folen IV bought the gated 5.54-acre spread off Snake Hill from Richard and Patricia Elimon.

► Arkansas Composites Inc., led by Alan McEntire and John Earles, sold 36 lots in the Homestead at the Gap neighborhood northeast of Conway for $1 million.
