All in the Family: 4 Sisters Accused of $11.5M Fraud


A federal grand jury in Arkansas has charged the sisters, who are all in their 70s, with cheating the U.S. Department of Agriculture out of millions of dollars intended for minority farmers who had suffered discrimination in USDA programs.
