The seller was Betts Real Estate Enterprises Inc., led by Craig Betts.

Office-Warehouses Sold

Waste Management of Arkansas Inc. of Lombard, Illinois, bought a 5,964-SF office-warehouse at 6615 Murray St. in Little Rock and a 9,318-SF office-warehouse at 3000 W. 68th St. in Little Rock for $798,250. 

The seller was West 68th Street LLC of Conway, an affiliate of Conway’s Nabholz Construction Corp.

The city of Little Rock bought a 17.6-acre tract at the southeast corner of Interstate 440 and Fourche Dam Pike in east Little Rock for $382,000.

The seller was I-440/River Port Investment Group LLC, led by Debra Bector, Charles Cummings and Byron McKimmey.

Office Building Bought

Varivest LLC of Edmond, Oklahoma, bought a 4,000-SF office building at 101 Murphy Drive in Maumelle for $350,000.

The seller was the Lamey Revocable Trust, led by Samuel and Karen Lamey.

JWJ Investments LLC of North Little Rock, led by Steven Jenkins, bought Nana’s One Stop at 3011 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood for $150,000.
