Elizabeth McClain has been promoted to vice provost and vice president of academic affairs and professor for Arkansas Colleges of Health Education in Fort Smith. She was previously an associate professor.
Gary Edwards has been promoted to chair of family medicine and associate professor. He was previously an assistant professor.
William “Cody” Decker has been named vice chancellor of student affairs at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, the role he has filled in an interim capacity since August.
Decker joined UA Little Rock in 2015 as director of institutional research and analytics and was named the school’s first chief data officer in 2018, a title he will retain.
