Kimberly McQuain, who joined Crow Group in Morrilton in September 2018 as an assistant project manager, has been promoted to project manager.
Hayden Cunningham has been named vice president by Clark Contractors. Cunningham has 20 years of construction experience and has led many primary and secondary education projects across the state.
Stephen Lane, who has worked in the construction industry for 16 years and is a Certified Healthcare Constructor, has been promoted to vice president.
Kris Fluger has been promoted to director of operations-Renovation Division. Fluger will oversee all types of renovation and expansion projects for the company across all markets, including hospitality, health care, education and commercial. Fluger has 17 years of experience in construction.
Eliot Adams has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager at Clark Contractors. Adams has worked for Clark since 2010 and has been in the Dallas office for three years. Melanie Blacklock has been promoted to senior project administrator. She has worked for Clark for four years and has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
Jacob Jacks is relocating from the corporate headquarters in Little Rock to northwest Arkansas to help grow Clark’s operations there, bringing the total number of northwest Arkansas employees to five. Jacks is a project manager with seven years of experience.
Abrahan Higuera has been promoted to project manager in the Dallas office of Clark Contractors. Higuera has worked for Clark for five years and has been with the company his entire career. Logan Alexander, who has worked for Clark for four years and has been with the company his entire career, has been promoted to project manager in the Dallas office. Jake Earls has been promoted to project manager. He has been with Clark for three years after serving in the Army.
Zack Joseph has been promoted to project manager at Clark, where he has worked for five years. He will be working on-site at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences on the $150 million energy performance contract project.
Clayton Dill, who has worked for Clark for five years, has been promoted to assistant superintendent. Brent Weatherly has been promoted to assistant superintendent. Weatherly has worked for Clark Contractors for four years. Eric Hill has been promoted to project superintendent. Hill has worked for Clark in the Dallas office for four years. Sam Hoggard has been promoted to project superintendent. Hoggard has worked for Clark Contractors for five years and has been with Clark his entire career. Justin Dardenne, who has worked for Clark for six years and has been with the company his entire career, has been promoted to project superintendent.
Health Care
Dr. Matt Kincade has joined Arkansas Urology in Bentonville. Kincade is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 2003. After medical school, he completed his urology residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He received his master’s in health administration from Missouri State University.
For the past 12 years, Kincade has been practicing in Springfield, Missouri. He speaks both English and Spanish. He practices general urology with a focus on male and female incontinence as well as men’s sexual health. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Urology Association and is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.

Mayci Blankenship has been hired by Mangan Holcomb Partners/Team SI in Little Rock as a senior public relations account executive. Blankenship provides public relations support and account service to clients in the health care and internet technology industries. She also assists with strategic counsel and planning for these clients and provides support for the agency’s public relations team, under the leadership of Kristen Nicholson, vice president of public relations at MHP/Team SI.
