This installment of million-dollar real estate sales includes a Jacksonville hotel and a Benton convenience store.

► Leading the way is office space in the 600 Main Building in downtown North Little Rock, which was divvied up in a series of transactions.

  • Eleven-One Consortium LLC, led by Bill Gray, CEO of the Taggart Foster Currence Gray architecture firm, acquired the 7,525-SF third floor for more than $2.8 million.
  • The Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association, led by Gregory Kirkpatrick, bought the 7,519-SF second floor for $3 million.
  • The city of North Little Rock purchased the 6,833-SF first floor for nearly $3 million.

The seller in all three deals? The North Little Rock Arkansas Downtown Development Board, led by Danny Bradley.

► Three forested parcels totaling 888 acres on the eastern outskirts of Heber Springs attracted a $2.5 million transaction.

Wisconsin’s Green Bay Packaging Inc. bought the Cleburne County woodlands from Rob-Win Farms Inc., led by Jonathan and Jim Robbins.

The biggest tract, less than 2 miles southeast of Heber, features more than 7,100 feet of frontage along the trout-rich Little Red River. Lee Strother, principal at the Little Rock office of Colliers International brokered the deal for the sellers.

Green Bay Packaging planted trees 37 years ago on the property, part of more than 250,000 acres it owns or manages in Arkansas.

You might recall the company operates a pulp and containerboard mill 2 miles south of Morrilton.

► Shree Laxmi Krupa Inc., led by Chandrika Patel, sold the 59-room Quality Inn at 1500 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville for nearly $1.4 million.

Buyer? Sohang Krupa LLC, led by Jaiminbhai and Zalakben Patel.

► ABC Express Inc., led by Kazi Naoroze, purchased a 2,368-SF convenience store at 3821 Edison Ave. in Benton for more than $1.2 million.
