This week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions kicks off in Bryant before finishing up in west Pulaski County.
► Magnolia’s Farmers Bank & Trust bought the 12,919-SF Crush Wine & Spirits building at 3345 Hwy. 5 across the road from its loan production office in Bryant for $3 million.

► Pulaski County assets formerly owned by Geo Specialty Chemicals Inc. of Ambler, Pennsylvania, were transferred to G20 Technologies LLC of Brown Brook, New Jersey, in a transaction valued at nearly $2.3 million.
Geo Specialty, which became a division of CPS Performance Materials after its sale last year, owned more than 238 acres in southeast Pulaski County. The company’s complex is at 9213 Arch Street Pike.
► The namesake revocable trust of Larry and Deborah Golden purchased a 4,948-SF home in Little Rock’s Sherrill Heights neighborhood for more than $1.5 million. Who is the seller? That would be Sorrells Joint Revocable Trust, led by Kent and Melissa Sorrells.
► PB General Holdings (Hensley) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold a Dollar General Store at 21988 U.S. 167 in northeast Saline County to Jerry Reaves of Buckeye, Arizona, for $1.3 million.
► Susanne Clinton acquired a 5,878-SF west Pulaski County home near Pinnacle Mountain State Park from David and Amy White for more than $1.2 million.
