Four Managers Promoted at Entergy Arkansas (Movers & Shakers)

Ventrell Thompson and James Garland have been promoted to customer service regional manager positions in the Little Rock office of Entergy Arkansas. They each oversee about half of the 15 customer service managers stationed throughout the Entergy Arkansas service territory.

Michael Johnson was promoted to customer service manager one in the Jacksonville office, and Jay Hartman was promoted to customer service manager two in Little Rock.

During a 30-year Entergy career, Johnson has worked in a number of positions, including commercial account executive, product sales representative and engineering assistant-customer service representative.

Hartman has held several management positions since 1989 with Entergy, including serving as manager of the major accounts department for Entergy Corp. and in resource and operations.

Brad Hammond is the new leader of the Fayetteville office of Olsson, an engineering and design firm based in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Hammond, who has more than 25 years of experience in the field, previously was leader of Olsson’s water-wastewater team in Fayetteville.
