Honorees in this year's Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 class shared insights about leadership, retaining talent in Arkansas and key influences at this year's awards celebration, available now to watch below.
Because of COVID-19, Arkansas Business held a special live awards webcast on July 22 at the Rock City Events Center in Little Rock. The event was broadcast to ticket holders and sponsors, and honorees shared their stories on stage during a ceremony attended by a small studio audience.

Honorees' friends, family and co-workers were also part of the event, appearing via live video to take part in the ceremony and congratulate members of the 40 Under 40 class.
"This group of 40 honorees is from all four corners of our state," Publisher Mitch Bettis said. "It's a thrill for us to host this program because it gives us at the state's business newspaper an opportunity to shine a light on people you may not yet know but who are making a big impact.
"These are people Arkansas Business will be covering for the next couple of decades, and we're always excited to highlight their accomplishments."
