HMS Plant Acquisition Registers $15.1M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 557,950-SF building in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park tipped the scales at $15.1 million.

HMS Manufacturing Co. of Troy, Michigan, purchased the former General Electric Distribution facility at 6901 Lindsey Road from 7240 Partnership LLC and Beckett Road Partners LLC, affiliates of Eliken Property Management of New York.

The property is undergoing renovation and expansion to accommodate injection molding operations for the company’s lines of houseware products.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $16.8 million from Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The 25.53-acre development previously was linked with a December 2018 mortgage of $7.4 million held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The project was acquired for $10.8 million from 6901 Lindsey Road LLC, an affiliate of Investment Grade Loans of Los Altos, California.

Office Transaction

A 13,656-SF office building in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.5 million.

8924 Kanis MOB LLC, led by Brock Martin, bought the 8924 Kanis Road project from Arkadelphia’s Southern Bancorp Bank.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.5 million from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

Southern Bancorp purchased the 1.96-acre development for $1.4 million in November 2010 from BH&G Properties LLC, led by Robert Silzer, John Ironside, Beverly Beadle and Bradley Boop.

Hillcrest Triplex

A three-unit apartment project in Little Rock’s Hillcrest area rang up a $213,000 sale.

Crest Properties LLC, led by Muhammad Khan, bought the 217 N. Fillmore St. project. The seller is Latch Properties LLC, led by Mark and Karen Latch.

The 0.18-acre development was acquired for $100,000 in February 2005 from Caroline and Carl Finkbeiner.

Country Club House

A 5,995-SF near the Country Club of Little Rock changed hands in a $1.6 million transaction.

Stanley and Catherine Payne purchased the house from Russ McDonough III and his wife, Kimberly. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $1.2 million from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The residence previously was tied to a November 2014 mortgage of $900,000 held by Nancy McDonough.

The McDonoughs bought the property for $350,000 in July 2011 from Harry Cummins III.

Ensbury Place I

A 4,517-SF home in west Little Rock’s Ensbury Place neighborhood sold for $714,000.

Sharolia Living Trust, led by Kanti and Nila Sharolia, acquired the house from HA Custom Homes LLC, led by Subrahmanyam Narravula.

The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $510,400 from Farmers Bank & Trust of Stuttgart.

The residence previously was linked with a September 2019 mortgage of $559,200 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

HA Custom Homes purchased the location for $84,000 in December 2017 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.

Falstone Court

A 4,012-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood drew a $679,500 transaction.

Atul and Monica Kothari bought the house from HA Custom Homes. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $679,500 from BancorpSouth Bank.

The project previously helped secure an October 2019 mortgage of $1.5 million held by the bank.

HA Custom Homes acquired the location for $105,000 in June 2019 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.

Ensbury Place II

A 4,015-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $625,000 deal.

Stan Hastings Jr. and his wife, Shelby, purchased the house from Mark Baker Custom Homes Inc. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $344,500 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The property previously was tied to a December 2017 mortgage of $91,000 and a May 2019 mortgage of $484,000, both held by Bank of Little Rock.

Mark Baker Custom Homes bought the site for $94,000 in December 2017 from Deltic Timber.

Hallen Court

Three lots in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood rang up a $582,000 sale. Rector-Phillips-Morse Inc., led by Kris Upton, acquired the property from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate.

The deal is backed with a 18-month loan of $436,000 from El Dorado’s First Financial Bank.

PotlatchDeltic entered the ownership picture through its $1.2 billion purchase of Deltic Timber Corp. in 2018.

Woodlands Edge I

A 3,369-SF home in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood changed hands in a $535,000 deal.

Tyler and Heather Bartels bought the house from Nathan and Kristin Sullivan. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $535,000 from BancorpSouth Bank.

The residence was acquired in Aug-ust 2015 from Richard Harp Homes Inc. for $514,000.

Woodlands Edge II

A 3,890-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood sold for $530,000.

James Barrett and Charlet Priest purchased the house from Meredith and Robert Zozus Jr. The residence previously was linked with a February 2016 mortgage of $412,000 held by Eagle Bank & Trust.

The Zozus family bought the property for $515,000 more than four years ago from Anthony and Judy Carter.

Shadowlawn Abode

A 1,975-SF home in the Shadowlawn neighborhood of Little Rock drew a $512,900 transaction. Mavinder Guram acquired the house from Ronda Sears.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $550,000 from Southern First Bank of Greenville, South Carolina.

The residence previously was tied to a May 2015 mortgage of $120,000 held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

Sears purchased the property for $295,000 in June 2014 from Pardo Properties LLC, led by Val Hansen.
