Evan Staton has been hired as commercial loan director by Relyance Bank in Pine Bluff.
Staton received a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and has previous banking experience. He is also a member of the Downtown Pine Bluff Rotary Club and the Sahara Shriners.
Justin Moore has been hired as the executive vice president and director of mortgage banking in the new mortgage banking division of Encore Bank in Little Rock.
Other new hires in the division are Julie Mott, Mandy Hathorn, Jerry Despain, Stacy McCann, Miranda Ballard, Jessie Williamson and Johnathan Tapia.
Mott has been hired as the senior vice president and chief mortgage underwriter. Hathorn is a senior vice president as well as a mortgage banker.
Despain serves as a mortgage loan processor. McCann is the senior mortgage loan specialist. Ballard has been hired as a mortgage banker. Williamson is a closing operation officer and Tapia is a mortgage post-closing specialist.

Shannon Stokes Hirons has been hired as vice president, mortgage and consumer loan officer for Partners Bank in Helena-West Helena.
Hirons has 18 years of experience and is assigned to the Wynne branch on North Falls Boulevard.
Chris Roberts has opened a new Cabot branch of Southern Bank of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Roberts, the market president, will oversee this branch as well as the bank’s other central Arkansas locations.
Chris Berry has been hired as the new finance principle for CFO Network in North Little Rock.
Berry has an extensive background in operational finance and was previously senior finance manager for Tyson Foods.
