Katherine Polczynski and Melissa Kleusner have received promotions at Relyance Bank in Hot Springs.
Polczynski has been promoted to senior vice president and consumer real estate manager. She has been with Relyance Bank since 2015 and has served as vice president of mortgage lending.
Polczynski has been in banking for 24 years and has won multiple awards, including Ambassador of the Year from the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and first place in the Best Banker category in the Sentinel-Record Readers Choice Awards in 2019.
Kleusner has been promoted to consumer real estate production officer. She joined Relyance Bank in 2015 as loan administrative assistant.
Kleusner has 23 years of mortgage loan processing experience and attended real estate school at National Park College.
Chris Vanwinkle and Amber Haydar French have been promoted to client advisers at Arvest Wealth Management.
Vanwinkle, who works in Cabot, has worked for Arvest since 2014, most recently as associate client adviser and as a financial sales representative. He completed Arvest’s licensed banking associate program and holds Series 7, Series 66, health and life insurance licenses.
Haydar French, who works in Little Rock, has been with Arvest for four years and was previously an associate client adviser for Arvest. She also has experience as a financial sales representative and personal banker.
Rob Dickinson and Jens Talbert have been promoted to senior associates at the Stephens Group in Little Rock. Dickinson joined the firm in 2018 and works on investments in the Catalyst Acoustics Group, the Pearlman Group and Spitzer Industries. Talbert joined the firm in 2020 and works on investments in Armor, Kele and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.
