► IMO US South LLC, an affiliate of International Car Wash Group of Centennial, Colorado, bought the Team Clean Carwash at 3017 Market Place Ave. in Bryant for $3.4 million.

► Stewart Real Estate Development LLC, led by Charles Stewart, sold the 16-unit South Village Apartments at Quapaw at 1301 Louisiana St. in downtown Little Rock for $1.9 million.
Buyer? Little Rock Historic Properties LLC, led by Mark Brown and Jill Judy.
► 6301 South University Avenue LLC, an affiliate of Jack Tyler Engineering, purchased its namesake Little Rock address for $1.5 million.
Who sold the 41,968-SF Landers Auto Body project? CAR UNI AR LIT LLC, an affiliate of Capital Automotive Real Estate Services of McLean, Virginia.
We understand that Jack Tyler Engineering plans to relocate during the first quarter to the new property, which is more than triple the size of its current facility at 6112 Patterson Road.
One of the big markets for the third-generation, family-owned enterprise is repairing industrial pumps for municipalities.
Toward that end at the new address, the nearly 60-year-old company will develop a pump-testing facility, touted as the first of its kind in Arkansas.

► Phillip and Beverly Finch acquired a 6,363-SF home on the north shore of Beaverfork Lake north of Conway from the Eric Hutchinson Trust I for $1.2 million.
► Arkansas Composites Inc., led by Alan McEntire and John Earles, sold 35 lots in the Homestead At the Gap residential development northeast of Conway for $1 million.
