This week’s list encompasses convenience stores, fast-food eateries, residential lots, a mini-storage project and homes scattered across Benton, Bryant, Little Rock, west Pulaski County, Sherwood and Conway.

► Crain Properties LLC, led by Larry Crain Sr., purchased two Circle Ks from affiliates of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee, in separate transactions totaling nearly $9 million.

The deals involved projects at 9324 Hwy. 107 in Sherwood (more than $4.8 million) and 10321 Col. Glenn Road (more than $4.1 million).

► Multibrand Real Estate LLC, led by Mark Fikes, sold a 3,484-SF KFC at 116 Bryant Ave. in Bryant for $1.8 million.

Buyer: Quick Service Restco LLC, an affiliate of KBP Foods of Overland Park, Kansas.

► Sherwood 2015 LLC, an affiliate of Fayetteville’s Rausch Coleman Homes, bought 50 lots in Sherwood’s Bear Paw residential development for $1.6 million.

Seller? Stonehill LLC, led by Andy Collins.

► Tisdale Properties & Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale, sold the 372-unit USA Self Storage project at 7201 Interstate 30 in south Little Rock for nearly $1.4 million.

Buyer? Red Dot Storage 156 LLC, an affiliate of the Red Dot chain based in Louisville, Colorado.

► Benjamin and Ashley Davis acquired a 5,214-SF home in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood from Randy Wright Builders LLC for more than $1.3 million.

► FMI US Property Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Franchise Management Inc. of Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada, sold a 2,772-SF KFC at 2670 Donaghey Ave. in Conway to Thomas Huntley for more than $1.2 million.

► Castle Investments LLC, led by Bruce Cook, purchased 16 residential lots in Benton’s Orleans Court development for $1.2 million.

Seller? Affordable Properties LLC, led by Christopher Ford.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 4,200-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock to Matthew and Lacey Parker for $1.1 million.

► Arthur and Mary Cyrus bought a 5,008-SF home and 13.7-acre spread in west Pulaski County’s Waldenwood neighborhood from Connie Wilkerson for $1 million.
