Humnoke Farmland, ABC Properties Lead Recent Deals

The pace of recent million-dollar real estate transactions picked up considerably this week with a group of 10 streaming onto the scene. Our starting point is in the countryside of southeast Lonoke County.

► Chris and Judy Isbell bought 600 acres along Rowe’s Chapel Road for more than $5.1 million.

Who sold the land about 3.5 miles north of Humnoke? Janet Kelley.

► ABC Real Estate LLC, led by Jim Bottin, sold three office buildings on the ABC Financial campus in Sherwood that included a 17,960-SF building at 8320 Hwy. 107, a 10,480-SF building at 8324 Hwy. 107 and a 5,532-SF building at 8406 Hwy. 107, along with a 15,489-SF office building at 208 E. Kiehl Ave., for a combined $4.5 million.

The buyers are Griffin Legacy A&A LLC, Griffin Legacy Kiehl LLC and Griffin Legacy Lee Avenue LLC, all led by Paul Schaller.

► Red Dot Storage 193 LLC, an affiliate of the Red Dot chain based in Louisville, Colorado, purchased a 249-unit mini-storage project at 8000 N. Ashley Road in northwest Pulaski County for $3.7 million.

Seller: One Stop Storage LLC, led by David Haas.

► Land Investments Holdings Inc., led by Cynitha Magie Roberson, and the Jimmie J. Magie Revocable Trust sold nearly 570 acres on the north side of Laster Road in southern Lonoke County for nearly $2.3 million.

Who acquired the land about 4.7 miles north of Blakemore? Acadian Land LLC, led by Noel Strauss.

► QuikTrip Corp. of Tulsa bought a 6.6-acre site near the northeast corner of Highway 365 and Ashley Road in northwest Pulaski County for $2 million to develop a convenience store.

Seller: Holsted Ashley Group LLC, led by Todd Ashley Sr.

► Off The Front LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s HIA Velo high-end biking venture, sold a 7,975-SF commercial project at 1001 Kavanaugh Blvd. and 3016 W. Markham St. in Little Rock’s Stifft Station area for more than $1.5 million.

Buyer: Bear State Advisors LLC, led by Rick Massey.

► OB CRE I LLC, led by Rick O’Brien Sr., purchased an 83,125-SF industrial building at 6200 Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock for $1.5 million.

Seller? Capital Properties LLC, led by Gus Blass III.

► Richport Net Lease LLC, an affiliate of R&S Growth Management of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, sold the 7,125-SF Fresenius Medical Care project at 5320 W. 12th St. in Little Rock for $1.2 million.

Buyer? OREOF19 BR LLC, an affiliate of Orion Investment & Management Ltd. of Miami.

► Anthony and Rosanne Pignio acquired a 5,800-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Christopher and Julie Mehlin for $1.1 million.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 4,749-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock for $1.1 million to LACA Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Brent and Dorothy Moss.
