Mark Hearn has been appointed sales director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, a division of the Arkansas Department of Finance & Administration.
Before the appointment he was the lottery’s regional sales manager.
A native of Arkadelphia, Hearn has more than 26 years of experience in sales. He began his career as an assistant store manager and sales representative for Sherwin-Williams. Then Hearn was a retail sales representative for Gillette Commercial Operations North America and area account manager for Procter & Gamble.
He graduated from Henderson State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Hearn is also an active member of the Mu Beta Sigma Graduate Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
