Apartments, hunting ground, office buildings, mobile home parks and big houses dot the landscape in this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions.
► PR Barrington Hills LLC, an affiliate of Property Resource Associates of Wellington, Florida, sold its namesake 232-unit apartment project at 1221 Reservoir Road in west Little Rock for $11 million.
Buyer: OBH Barrington LLC, an affiliate of Omni + Brooks Holdings of Lakewood, New Jersey.
► Apex Towne Country LLC of Lakewood, New Jersey, bought the 112-unit Old Oaks Apartments project at 7700 Chicot Road in southwest Little Rock for nearly $7.3 million.
Seller: The Oaks Apartments Ltd., an affiliate of the Zieben Group in Houston, Texas.
► Goosehead Farm LLC, led by Chris Robertson Sr., sold a 485-acre hunting-farming spread in Lonoke County for $4.9 million.
The buyer is WPR Irrevocable Trust, led by John Wade. The deal was divided into two transactions: 350 acres for more than $3.5 million and a mostly wooded 135-acre tract east of Highway 31 about 5 miles north of Blakemore for more than $1.3 million.
The larger deal includes two tracts: 263 acres near Bayou Meto about 9 miles north of Blakemore and 87 acres with a hunting lodge about 12 miles north of Blakemore.
► 1920 N. Main Street NLR LLC, led by Jeffrey Smith, purchased its namesake address in downtown North Little Rock for $1.7 million.
Who sold the 17,934-SF office building? American Home Life Insurance Co., led by Ann Powell-Black.
► Russell and Sarah Brantley sold a 3,848-SF house in Little Rock’s Forest Heights neighborhood to James and Jill Gibson for $1.1 million.
► Pete and Nancy Price acquired a 4,901-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood from Samuel and Cheryl Freeze for $1.1 million.
► Joseph Curreri sold mobile home parks at 8305-07 Stanton Road and 8501 Community Road in southwest Little Rock for more than $1 million to MHCI Fund I LLC, an affiliate of MHCI Group in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
► Delta Development Fund LLC, led by Bob East, bought a 13,160-SF office building at 2725 Cantrell Road in the Riverdale area of Little Rock for $1 million.
