Kasinger Takes Teaching Slot at Black River Tech (Movers & Shakers)
Bridgette Kasinger of Black River Technical College in Pocahontas

Bridgette Kasinger has joined Black River Technical College in Pocahontas as an allied health nursing instructor. She earned her LPN degree from Black River Technical College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University.

Kasinger also has served as a cardiac vascular observation unit nurse for St. Bernards Healthcare.


Steven Muzatko has been named the inaugural holder of the H.B. Foster Bowdon Chair of Accounting at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

Muzatko is a certified public accountant and has experience in public accounting as an auditor, as well as having worked for a Fortune 500 company. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is an associate editor of the Journal of Information Technology Case and Application Research.

Muzatko earned a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was the recipient of the Douglas Clarke Memorial Teaching Award. Muzatko was previously employed at Winthrop University and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. His research has been published in several professional peer-reviewed journals.
