A double dose of dollar store deals in Pulaski and Saline counties and acreage acquisitions in north Pulaski County form this week’s quartet of million-dollar transactions.

► SS Realty Ltd., an affiliate of Crawmet Corp. of North York, Ontario, bought the Dollar General at 13525 Vimy Ridge Road in southwest Pulaski County for more than $1.5 million.

The limited partnership also purchased the Dollar General at 20917 Arch St. Pike in East End for more than $1.4 million.

Sellers: PB General Holdings (Vimy Ridge) LLC and PB General Holdings (Arch 513) LLC, both led by Leonard Boen.

► Byron and Marilyn McKimmey and Billy and Linda Morden sold about 150 acres for more than $1.3 million. The undeveloped land is on the north side of Jacksonville-Cato Road, about 1.5 miles west of Gravel Ridge.

Buyers? Steven and Stephanie Deere.

► Willow Lake Farms LLC, led by the Paul & Andrea Wilson Trust No. 1, along with CJRT Revocable Trust, led by Richard Newland Jr., acquired more than 470 acres at 1228 Maddox Road in north Pulaski County for more than $1.2 million.
