Did you know a 60-acre commercial park development is in the works in west Little Rock?
The Village at BC LLC bought the land near the northwest corner of Col. Glenn Road and Interstate 430 for $3.5 million. The seller was CGBRDI Holdings LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
The Village at Brodie Creek is expected to become a Class A commercial park with flexibility for mixed-use and flex/industrial space development, according to Colliers International Arkansas. Lee Strother, Kevin Huchingson and Bradford Gaines represented the Village in the deal.
The company said industrial lots will be available for sale or build-to-suit soon with site work expected to start in February. Pad sites are expected to be ready for delivery by June 2021.
The Village at Brodie Creek recently raised $4.4 million, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
The first sale was on Nov. 23, and there were 27 investors in the LLC, according to the filing, which listed Huchingson as the authorized manager.
