Alexandra Rouse has been named director of planned giving of the Arkansas Community Foundation in Little Rock. Rouse most recently was deputy chief of legislative and intergovernmental affairs at the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Shannon Williams has been named affiliate officer of ACF. Williams earned a doctorate in interdisciplinary leadership studies from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree in higher education as well as three bachelor’s degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is also a certified StrengthsFinder facilitator and a trained coach.
Markous Jewett has been named vice president of mission services at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas in Little Rock. He was also named superintendent of the Excel Center. Jewett previously was the executive director of career coaching and employer connections at Ivy Tech Community College in Indiana.
