Staley Technologies of Little Rock announced Tuesday its merger with POSitive Solutions Group of Williamston, Michigan.

The acquisition was finalized on Dec. 31. Staley Technology said the merger extends the suite of commercial technology products and services it offers nationwide.

The combined company will continue under the leadership of Andrew Faulkner, Staley's owner and CEO.

"We are excited to announce that POSitive Solutions Group will now be powered by Staley Technologies. As the newest edition to the Staley Technologies family, this merging of companies will bring the most comprehensive suite of tools available in 2021 — and moving into the future. We remain committed to serving our clients’ needs intuitively, and this merger will help us achieve that goal," Faulkner said in a news release.

POSitive Solutions Group is a reseller and servicer for NCR services in the hospitality and retail industries and provides cloud-based and on-premise technology services for Michigan and the surrounding areas.

Services it offers include network and wireless infrastructure; POS systems and kiosks; digital signage and COVID-tech.

The deal marks Staley Technologies' second merger within the last calendar year; it acquired BoisePOS Solutions in June.

"The Staley Technologies merger allows POSitive Solutions Group to continue to offer great customer service while also providing additional services to our customers to help push their businesses forward," Mark Pierson, the previous owner, said in the release.

Pierson will stay on as general manager for operations in Michigan.

The combined POSitive Solutions Group and Staley Technologies' employs more than 200 people across North America. It is headquartered in Little Rock. Lansing, Michigan, is now a satellite office.

Staley Technologies also has locations in Atlanta, Orlando, Los Angeles, Columbus, Boise and northwest Arkansas.
