A group of 10 forms this week’s line of million-dollar real estate transactions, all in Pulaski County.

► ExchangeRight Net Leased Portfolio 41 DST of Pasadena, California, acquired the 15,340-SF Natural Grocers at 9210 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock for nearly $6.4 million.

Seller? EVC Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Equity Ventures Commercial Development of Topeka, Kansas.

► Amazon.com Services LLC of Seattle, sold its nearly 82-acre fulfillment center site on Zeuber Road in east Little Rock for $3.2 million to CF BAT LIT LLC, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group of New York.

► Custom Craft Poultry LLC, led by Randell Smith, Mitchell Massey and Michael Jones, bought the 97,039-SF former Odom’s Sausage complex in Little Rock for $2 million.

The property was sold by its namesake address owner: 4701 Asher Avenue LLC, led by Mark Cusumano, CEO of FW Logistics of Centreville, Illinois.

► First Church of the Nazarene of Little Rock purchased the 14,248-SF Heritage College project at 1309 Old Forge Drive in west Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

► The Wilson Co., led by Janet Dillon, sold the 24,510-SF Arcade Square project at 11324 Arcade Drive for $1.7 million.

Buyer? Dukan Holdings LLC, led by Sadiq Ali and Murad Mandani.

► NLR Hog House LLC, led by James Bryant, acquired the 5,609-SF Applebee’s at 4333 Warden Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

► William and Marilyn Stanley sold their 6,193-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood for $1.4 million to William and Allison Hudson.

► James and Laura Graham bought a 4,997-SF home in west Pulaski County for more than $1.3 million. The 25.5-acre spread a mile west of the Ferndale community was sold by Lee and Sara Jones.

► Watch Hill Development 2 LLC of Dallas sold the 5,320-SF AutoZone at 9716 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.2 million to NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas.

► H.E.R.E. 4 Kids, led by Melissa Hannah, purchased the 11,700-SF former athletic club at 2 Country Club Circle in Maumelle for $1 million.
