► Amazon.com Services LLC of Seattle, sold its nearly 82-acre fulfillment center site on Zeuber Road in east Little Rock for $3.2 million to CF BAT LIT LLC, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group of New York.
► Custom Craft Poultry LLC, led by Randell Smith, Mitchell Massey and Michael Jones, bought the 97,039-SF former Odom’s Sausage complex in Little Rock for $2 million.
