Baltimore Raven Brandon Williams Buys Home in SpringdaleLock Icon

An NFL player with the Baltimore Ravens paid $824,700 for a home on Beaver Lake in east Springdale.

Brandon Williams and his wife, Alyssa, bought the 2,208-SF home on Dogwood Circle and a private boat dock.

Williams, a defensive tackle has played for Baltimore since being drafted in the third round out of Missouri Southern in 2013.

Williams can afford the house after signing a five-year, $52.5 million contract before the 2017 season. He and the Ravens agreed to a restructured two-year contract, for $15.75 million-plus with $8.25 million guaranteed, before this past season, his eighth with the club.

The seller was B&C Properties LLC, led by Michael Oliver Baumann and Michael Ryan Crosno of Fayetteville.
