A 6,009-SF Circle K convenience store in North Little Rock rang up a $5.55 million transaction.

The Jack Pearce Revocable Trust-1994 of Wichita, Kansas, purchased the 4601 Northshore Drive project from NLA Northshore CK LLC, an affiliate of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $2.4 million from Hawthorn Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri. The 1.89-acre location was bought for $1.19 million in August 2019 from Pfeifer Family Ltd. No. 1, led by Gene Pfeifer.

NLR Warehouse

A 35,000-SF warehouse in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.55 million.

Richardson Properties LLC, led by Keith Richardson, acquired the 9300 Maumelle Blvd. project from the C.W. Elder Family Trust.

The trust provided a 20-year mortgage of $1.5 million to finance the deal.

The 3-acre site was purchased for $65,000 in July 1984 from Mark and Marjorie McAfee.

Office Transaction

A 13,171-SF office building in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.1 million.

Ferdowsian Properties LLC, led by Vafa Ferdowsian, bought the Markham West Professional Building at 10319 W. Markham St. from Donald and Nancy Callan and the Fallon A. Davis Family Trust.

The deal is funded with a 10-year loan of $1.4 million from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The 1.11-acre site was acquired for $100,000 in November 1980 from William Graham Jr. and his wife, Bobbie.

Westside Space

Medical office space in west Little Rock changed hands in a $950,000 transaction.

Real Practices Inc., led by James Knight, purchased 11,207 SF in the Westside Medical Plaza at 1 Lile Court. The seller is CLBNB Properties Inc., led by Chirie Bazzelle.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $950,000 from Signature Bank of Fayetteville.

CLBNB bought the property for $1 million in September 2017 from Cornerstone Properties, led by Dr. Douglas Smith, and Cornerstone Properties II, led by Dr. Kay Chandler, Dr. Kenneth Singleton and Dr. Kevin Breniman.

Acreage Acquisition

A 40.89-acre tract in north Pulaski County sold for $409,000.

Jeff and Delana Keeling acquired the land between Batesville Pike and Wayside Drive from I 430-365 LLC, led by Byron McKimmey.

The limited liability company provided a five-year mortgage of $309,000 to fund the deal.

The property is part of a 325-acre tract that was owned by the Arkansas National Guard. I 430-365 traded 380 acres in July 2005 for the Camp Robinson land.

Fire Protection Site

A 1.22-acre site for a fire station in Sherwood drew a $335,000 transaction.

Pulaski County Fire Department Protection District No. 5 bought the location near the southeast corner of Highway 107 and Brockington Road. The seller is Metropolitan Realty & Development LLC, led by Michael Friedrichsmeyer.

The limited liability company is one of the spinoffs of Justin Matthews heirs from Metropolitan Trust Co. The Matthews family owned the property for more than 95 years.

Orle Abode

A 5,533-SF home in west Little Rock’s Orle neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.17 million.

Julie Hagood purchased the house from Brandon and Brittany Huffman. The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $940,000 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

The Huffmans bought the property for $305,000 in September 2011 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

PV Residence

A 5,052-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood is under new ownership after a $750,000 deal.

The Vance & Angela Smiley Revocable Trust acquired the house from the Carl Joseph Raque Share No. 2 Trust.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $510,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The site was purchased for $25,000 in February 1975 from James Porter.

Normandy Home

A 2,919-SF home in Little Rock’s Normandy neighborhood rang up a $644,000 sale.

Norman and Mary Polk bought the house from Gina and Ryan Thursby. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $444,500 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage.

The Thursbys purchased the residence for $624,900 in February 2019 from HBH Builders Inc., led by Howard Boyce Holmes.

Falstone Court

A 4,200-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood changed hands in a $632,000 deal.

Mahek Shah and Reema Patel purchased the house from Jim Pace Homes LLC. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $505,600 from Guaranteed Rate Inc. of Chicago.

The site was bought for $110,000 in June 2019 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.

Flint Ridge

A 4,528-SF home in the Flint Ridge Road neighborhood sold for $610,000.

Amir Syed acquired the house from Tracy and Jeff Nicholas. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $488,000 from JPMortgage Chase Bank of Columbus, Ohio.

The Nicholas family purchased the 6.16-acre residential spread for $549,000 from Mary Ann Browne.

Rural Residence

A 3,000-SF home in west Pulaski County drew a $600,000 transaction.

Ronald Moore Jr. and his wife, Ashley, bought the house from James Penney Jr. and his wife, Barbara. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $480,000 from Bank of England.

The Penney family acquired the land in December 1964 as part of a $5,000 deal with George Elkins.

Forest Heights

A 2,279-SF home in Little Rock’s Forest Heights neighborhood is under new ownership after a $575,000 deal.

Kelly and Robert Jackson purchased the house from the Kelley Johnson Family Revocable Trust. The deal is financed with a $578,500 loan from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

The trust bought the residence for $399,500 in August 2015 from Charles and Catherine Dicus.

Oak Ridge Ranch

A 4,944-SF home in Jacksonville’s Oak Ridge Ranch neighborhood rang up a $560,000 sale. Eric Alexander acquired the house from Michael Whiting and Rhonda Adams.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $510,400 from Mid America Mortgage Inc. of Addison, Texas.

The residence was purchased for $342,000 in February 2018 from PNC Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

Lamarche Place

A 4,874-SF home in west Little Rock’s Lamarche Place neighborhood changed hands in a $545,000 deal.

Darrell and Felicia Walker bought the house from Randy and Janet Hanson. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $436,000 from Riverside Mortgage Corp. of Little Rock.

The Hansons acquired the home for $543,000 in November 2003 from Margaret and Robert Trammell.

Argenta Outskirts

A 49.59-acre tract on the eastern edge of North Little Rock sold for $500,000.

Robert and Suzanne Mitchell and Ashton and Katie Walker purchased the property at 10620 U.S. 70 from the Aubrey T. Albright Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $400,000 from AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock.

The Albright family had owned the land for more than 80 years.
