This week’s offering of million-dollar real estate transactions encompasses a fast-food outlet, apartments, big homes and sand land.

► Sentinel Peak Real Estate LLC of Englewood, Colorado, bought the 3,162-SF Raising Cane's at 620 S. University Ave. in midtown Little Rock for $3.5 million.

Seller: Little Rock Midtown Ltd., an affiliate of Provident Realty Advisors of Dallas.

► Rainwater Apartments LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker, sold the 12-unit Rainwater Building at 519 E. Capitol Ave. in downtown Little Rock for $1.5 million.

Buyer? Rainwater Flats LLC, led by Jill Judy and Mark Brown.

► Ted and Kirsten Fredrich purchased a 5,450-SF home in Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood for $1.2 million.

Seller? Dream Big Investments LLC, led by Marsha Martin.

► A.W. Realty Co. LLC of Springs, Texas, sold more than 571 acres on the eastern edge of North Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.

Who bought the SWN Sand Co. property at 220 Sand River Road? Jeffrey Sand Co., led by Clay McGeorge.

► Rajbir Singh acquired a 6,906-SF home in North Little Rock’s Chimney Rock neighborhood for $1.1 million from Raed and Tina Mussalam.
