Whit Cox will serve as general counsel of Entegrity in Little Rock. Entegrity is an energy services, sustainability and solar development company.
Previously, Cox was an attorney for the general staff at the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
Alicia Austin Smith has been promoted to senior legal counsel for the Office of Revenue Legal Counsel at the state Department of Finance & Administration in Little Rock.
Smith previously was the supervising attorney for the DF&A’s Office of Revenue Legal Counsel.
