Apartments in west Little Rock and North Little Rock form this week’s duo of million-dollar real estate transactions.
► Burkhalter F.B.W. LLC, led by John Burkhalter, sold the 245-unit Fountaine Bleau West project at 4200 S. Bowman Road in west Little Rock for $45.4 million.
Buyer: LREF Holding Co. LLC, an affiliate of Forge Partners of Rancho Santa Fe, California.
► A trio of limited liability companies, all affiliates of the Read Property Group of Brooklyn, New York, acquired 31 buildings with 124 apartments in the Frenchman's Woods project in North Little Rock in a series of seven deals topping $9.5 million.
The four biggest topped $1 million.
The sellers are Michael and Kathy Rainwater and their Rainwater Holt & Sexton Properties LLC, more than $2.4 million each; Holt Investments LLC, led by Jeff Johnson and Jeremy McNabb, $2.1 million; and Robert and Jennie Sexton, $1.2 million.
► Soma Storefronts LLC, led by Rusty Thompson, sold the 8,923-SF home of the Oxford American and M2 Gallery at 1300 Main St. and the 3,793-SF home of South on Main restaurant at 1304 Main St. for more than $1.1 million.
Buyer? HK Value LLC, led by Bryan Hosto and Hank Kelley.
