► WOMOB Fresenius Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of New York’s White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT, bought a 7,125-SF medical office building at 5320 W. 12th St. in Little Rock for $2.3 million.
Seller: OREOF19 BR LLC, an affiliate of Orion Investment & Management Ltd. of Miami.
The deal was part of a five Fresenius facilities transaction that included properties in Berwyn, Illinois; Columbia, South Carolina; Solon, Ohio; and Birmingham, Alabama; along with two DaVita facilities in Rockford, Illinois.
► Northwood Park Ltd., led by Amanda Raible, sold the 40-unit Northwood Park Apartments at 1540 W. 10th St. in North Little Rock for $2.2 million.
Buyer: Post Northwood LLC, an affiliate of Post Investment Group of Beverly Hills, California.
► Partnership Investments 1919 LLC, led by Chad Young, purchased the 25,742-SF Inside Effects Outside Effects showroom warehouse project at 5050 Northshore Lane in North Little Rock for $2 million.
Seller? IE Real Estate Holdings LLC, led by Eddie Pitonyak.
► Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by David Bubbus, sold a 1.8-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and St. Vincent Way in west Little Rock for $1.9 million.
Buyer? Bella Casa LLC, led by Terry Fleming.
► The city of Little Rock acquired a 75-acre tract in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park area for $1.7 million.
The land along the east side of Thibault Road near Frazier Pike was sold by the Quapaw Nation.
► PB General Holdings (Alexander II) LLC, led by Scott Proctor and Leonard Boen, sold a 9,040-SF Dollar General Store at 15620 Alexander Road in south Pulaski County for $1.4 million.
Buyer: ZTB Development Co. LLC of Saint Clairsville, Ohio.
► A trio of limited liability companies bought a pair of $1.1 million properties in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.
Ferndale Cutoff LLC, led by Hank Kelley; 4IWP LLC, led by Nicholas Kelley; and Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, purchased the 33,620-SF former Cap Fleet Upfitters facility at 6208 Lindsey Road in a 55-30-15 ownership split.
The group replicated that division to acquire a 35,600-SF warehouse at 4301 Mauney Road.

► Oxford Inn Inc. and Shamrock Enterprises Inc., both led by James Kirkpatrick, sold the 56-room Holiday Sands Motel at 1008 S. Hwy. 161, 32-room Oxford Inn at 920 S. Hwy. 161 and 4,200-SF office-warehouse at 9 Shamrock Court in Jacksonville for $1.1 million.
Buyer: Titan General Contractors LLC, led by Debra Hope, Abigail Reaves and Patricia Plumridge.
► TCB Investments LLC, led by Brian Teeter, Alex Craig and Jamie Hoffman, acquired the 26-unit Orleans Square Apartments at 1801 Georgia St. in Little Rock for $1 million from Stephen and Debra Morrison.
