Fredricka Sharkey has been promoted to director of media relations of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
Sharkey was previously the director of communications at UCA.
Madeline Roberts has been recognized for her accreditation in public relations by the Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, based in Little Rock.
Roberts is the executive director of strategic marketing and communications of Lyon College at Batesville.
The Arkansas chapter has one of the highest rates of accredited members at 40%.
Julie C. Robbins has been promoted to senior director of planning at MHP/Team SI of Little Rock and Rogers.
As senior director, Robbins will be responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts while leading the agency’s strategic planning product. Robbins’ responsibilities also include agency budgeting and managing new business and client onboarding.
