Steve Dunlevy has been hired as vice president of manufacturing operations by Hytrol Conveyor Co. Inc. in Jonesboro.
Dunlevy has 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Dunlevy will be responsible for implementing strategies that focus on reducing lead times and boosting efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Kelly Carney will serve as vice president of human capital and chief people officer of Southwest Power Pool in Little Rock. She will lead the human resources department, staff performance development and SPP’s diversity, equity and inclusion program.
Carney, who has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, previously was the vice president of human resources and chief administrative officer at Delta Dental of Arkansas.
