► Pine Meadow MHP Jacksonville AR LLC, an affiliate of Vineyard Impact Funds of Sandy, Utah, bought its namesake 26-acre mobile home park at 3000 John Harden Drive for $3.4 million.
Sellers: Little Rock Communities LLC, an affiliate of Market Street Capital of Beaufort, South Carolina; and 25 West LLC and Kirk Avenue Ltd., both of Santa Barbara, California.
► Renegade Properties LLC, led by John Dennis and Kurtis Cochran, sold three apartment buildings housing 23 units for $1.4 million.
