This week’s parade of nine million-dollar real estate transactions kicks off with a retail center in west Little Rock.

► Market & Merrill Partners LLC, led by Wade Ruckle, bought the 125,525-SF Market Street Plaza at 1506 Merrill Drive for $4.1 million.

Seller: Cooper Commercial Properties V LLC of Rogers, led by Kent Burger.

► Oasis Church, led by Jordan Bowen, sold its 35,211-SF facility at 7318 Windsong Drive on the edge of North Little Rock for $3.8 million.

Buyer? Team Summit LLC, led by Gloria Timmons.

The project has morphed from its original incarnation as a performing arts center to church and now, events center.

Completing a circle of function, part of the property will be used as a performing arts school in the fall.

► Tabot LLC, led by Terry Bean, purchased the 433-unit Extra Closet Mini Storage at 4100 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood for $2.9 million.

Seller? Baledge Properties Inc., led by Les Baledge.

► Argen Holdings (Arch) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold the 9,040-SF Dollar General at 14610 Arch Street Pike for nearly $1.5 million.

Buyer: Duncan Family Trust of Carmel Valley, California.

► Exalt Academy LLC, led by Dennis Tiede, acquired the 69,189-SF complex at 5111 W. 83rd St. in south Little Rock for $1.4 million.

Seller: Second Baptist Church, Barrow Rd., led by Kevin Kelly.

► Andrew and Jennifer Faulkner sold their 4,702-SF home in the Forest Heights Place neighborhood of Little Rock for $1.2 million to J. Ford Properties LLC, led by Philip Gray.

► Zeus Capital LLC, led by William Arch Ford, bought a 3,523-SF home in the Country Club Heights neighborhood of Little Rock from Luis and Tish Delozier for $1.1 million.

► Anthony and Rosanne Pignio sold their 6,369-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Drew and Sydney Smith for $1.1 million.

► Mark and Tammie Davis purchased a 7,114-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood from the Suzanne Lindsay Bradshaw Revocable Trust for $1 million.
