Apartments, homes and a paint store provide this week’s nine-piece serving of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► KP Properties of Arkansas LLC, led by Kel Kenker and Paul Mead, sold five multifamily properties in Jacksonville for more than $4.6 million.

Main Street Home LLC, led by E&L Webster Family Ltd. of Lakeside, California, bought the 60-unit Swiss Village project at 1001 Quince Hill Road, 46-unit Cross Keys project at 306 J.P. Wright Road, 18-unit Oxford Apartments at 921 S. First St., 12-unit project at 803 S. Redmond Road and duplex at 801 S. Redmond Road.

► Bottoms Up Real Estate Investments LLC, led by Jason Mizell, sold the 27-unit Midtown Suites project at 115 N. Taylor St. and 5511 A St. in Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

Buyer? City of Colleges Development LLC, led by Ankur Patel and Chintu Magan.

► Yanjun LLC, led by Mark McLarty, acquired a 2,600-SF home in Little Rock’s Greenbrier neighborhood for $1.7 million from Michael Bauer III.

► SN Management LLC, led by Naoman Qureshi, sold the 32-unit Legacy Apartments at 1310-1312 Louisiana St. in downtown Little Rock for $1.6 million to the Jason Taylor Family Trust.

► Gaurav Dhar and Beenu Kaw purchased a 6,817-SF home in Maumelle’s Osage Terrace neighborhood from the Michael Nargi Living Trust for more than $1.2 million.

► Natalie Greenberg and Phyllis Kaplan sold the 7,936-SF Pittsburgh Paints store at 7315 Cantrell Road to the Rob Solley Trust for more than $1.1 million.

► The Alis Aquilae Trust, led by C.S. and Angela Aduddell, acquired a 4,499-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Chenal Downs neighborhood from David and Katherine Watts for $1.1 million.

► Elizabeth and Scott McLaughlin sold their 3,326-SF home in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock to Kristin and John Clark for nearly $1.1 million.

► Justin and Rebecca Sims bought a 6,077-SF home in the River Valley View Estates neighborhood near Roland for more than $1 million.
