Hum Advances at Stone Bank (Movers & Shakers)

Patrick Hum has been promoted to financial planner and analyst in the Little Rock office of Stone Bank of Mountain View.

Hum previously served as SBA servicing and financial planner at Stone Bank.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s of business administration in finance at the University of Central Arkansas.

Robert Hughes has been hired as a managing director and financial institutions group specialist at Stephens Inc. of Little Rock.

Hughes has more than 23 years of experience. He previously served at D.A. Davidson Cos. in a similar position.

Zach Bumpers, Carter Lowe, Marcus Counts, Garrison Marshall and Jake Roberts have joined Crews & Associates of Little Rock.

Bumpers and Lowe have been hired as capital markets analysts. Counts, Marshall and Roberts have been hired as sales and trading analysts.

Bumpers is a certified public accountant and previously worked for BKD LLP. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a double major in accounting and business administration with a finance emphasis.

Lowe earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas.

Counts earned a degree in marketing from East Tennessee State University and a degree in finance with a minor in business analytics from the University of Arkansas.

Marshall graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business.

Roberts obtained a degree in finance with a minor in marketing from the University of Arkansas.

Matt Cramblett has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending at Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

Cramblett has nine years of banking experience. He graduated from the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and is a current student at Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Dallas Gipson has been promoted to assistant examiner at the Arkansas State Bank Department. Gipson has served in the department’s examination division since March 2020. He received his business management degree from Arkansas Tech.
