Kris Fluger has been promoted to vice president at Clark Contractors of Little Rock, and Teresa Carlisle has been hired as marketing manager.
Fluger has 18 years of experience and has been with Clark since 2009, most recently working as director of renovations and expansions.
Carlisle has more than seven years of marketing experience with a background in visual communications, digital marketing and social media management. She most recently worked for Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock.
Jeriah Brumfield has been hired as a public relations intern at The Communications Group of Little Rock.
Brumfield has experience in digital marketing, news writing, diversity and inclusion, and project management. She is a senior at Harding University of Searcy and is expected to graduate in May with a Bachelor of Arts in integrated marketing communications.
