Did you know a non-prototypical Tropical Smoothie Cafe is in the works for west Little Rock?
We’re told the project will be bigger than the average smoothie cafe at about 2,100 SF and feature an outdoor dining area with a large covered patio, faux grass and electric charging stations. If all goes according to plan, the new development will open for business by June 2022.
The site borders the west side of the Arkansas Federal Credit Union headquarters nearing completion at 5800 Ranch Drive.
DD10 Cantrell LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Dyne Hospitality Group, bought the 1.45-acre location for $1 million. Seller? Ranch Properties Inc., led by Ed Willis.
