This week, we crack open a six pack of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Little Scholars Of Arkansas LLC, led by Fatih Bogrek, bought the 64,439-SF Lisa Academy West High School at 6711 W. Markham St. in Little Rock for nearly $10.7 million.

Seller: KLS Leasing LLC, an affiliate of Bentonville’s Walton Family Foundation.

► Catalyst Chenal LLC, an affiliate of RPD Catalyst of Los Angeles, sold 45 condos in the Chenal Woods project at 412 Chenal Woods Drive in west Little Rock for more than $9.7 million.

Buyer? Chenal Woods Owner LLC, an affiliate of Chicago’s Adams LaSalle real estate investment firm.

► The Arkansas State Highway Commission purchased a nearly 19.2-acre tract along the north side of Highway 10 across from Pleasant Ridge Apartments in west Little Rock for $1.4 million. Seller? The Group LLC, led by Jim English.

► Randy and Donna Wright sold their 6,142-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock to Terry and Mary Privratsky for nearly $1.2 million.

► Freeway Park Properties LLC, led by Kevin Claybrook, acquired the 8,696-SF office at 6315 Ranch Drive in west Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.

Seller: Rainwater Holt & Sexton Properties LLC, led by Robert Sexton.

► Wilson and Barbara Hatfield sold their 4,454-SF home and 2,400-SF shop-residence near Rattlesnake Ridge in west Pulaski County to Jeremy and Rebecca Scaife for $1 million.
