► Muzif Chauhan and Muhammad and Sajida Chauthan acquired a 5,591-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood from Richard Stephens Jr. and his wife, Centhia, for more than $1.1 million.
► Susanna and Mechan Shermer sold their 3,900-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood to Donnie Van Patter and Dawn Scott for nearly $1.1 million.
Riverside Transaction
Did you know the table recently was set for redevelopment of a new area of downtown North Little Rock?
E30 Collective LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr., bought 43 parcels encompassing about 6.7 acres in the Riverside neighborhood for $900,000.
The land is south of East Washington Avenue and east of Riverfront Drive.
The sellers are Argenta River Investors LLC, led by George Glover; the Roy Henry Glover Jr. Revocable Trust; and the Rosemary Campbell Glover Revocable Trust.
