MISSION
The mission of Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services is to heal, prepare and empower children, youth and families in need.
WHAT WE DO
Vera Lloyd offers therapeutic residential care programs for children in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, as well as Emergency Shelter and Supervised Independent Living Programs. Comprehensive medical and mental health services, combined with a trauma-informed model of care, heal youth and give them hope for brighter, more stable futures. Vera Lloyd’s Parent Educators provide trauma-informed training and coaching to foster and adoptive parents, as well as court ordered classes for families in need of support.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
• Online donations are always accepted at veralloyd.org.
• Special events occur each year in southeast Arkansas (Turkey Trot 10K and 5K), central Arkansas (Happiest Hour) and northwest Arkansas (Garden Party).
• Giving a monthly gift can make an incredible impact. Just $10 a month can help create stable, brighter futures for Arkansas’ most vulnerable children, youth and families.
