A 99-room hotel in North Little Rock weighed in at $5.15 million.

Jai Om Hospitality LLC of Frisco, Texas, purchased the La Quinta Inn at 4311 Warden Road.

The seller is CPLR Properties LLC, an affiliate of CorePoint Lodging in Irving, Texas.

The deal is backed with a $4.4 million SBA loan through Byline Bank of Chicago.

The 2.02-acre development was bought for $4.7 million in September 2004 from Marcus Non LLC, an affiliate of Marcus Corp. of Milwaukee.

Kum & Go Deal

A 4,995-SF convenience store in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.9 million.

Agree Convenience No. 1 LLC, an affiliate of Agree Realty of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, acquired the Kum & Go at 7620 Baseline Road from the John J. Sorci Trust.

The trust purchased the 1.38-acre development for $3 million in November 2012 from KG Store 146 LLC of Des Moines, Iowa.

Pharmasite Foreclosure

A 14,938-SF former Cantrell Drug Co. facility in Little Rock is under new ownership after a $2.3 million foreclosure sale.

NCP Omega LLC, an affiliate of Northlight Capital Partners of Westport, Connecticut, recovered the 7321 Cantrell Road project from Pharmasite LLC, led by James McCarley Jr. and his wife, Lynn.

The 1.37-acre property was assembled in two deals totaling $1.9 million. The sellers were LaRock Properties LLC, led by Lee Owens, $1.5 million in July 2009; and Tommy and Karla Hilburn, $413,000 in December 2012.

Bowman Place

A 10,000-SF commercial project in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.75 million.

Hounds Properties West LR LLC, led by Justin and Mandy Marshall, bought Bowman Place at 1308-1316 S. Bowman Road from Powell Brothers Inc., led by Matt Chandler.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $1.4 million from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

Powell Brothers acquired the 1.44-acre development for $1.2 million in July 2007 from Bowman Place LLC, led by Ruth Mitchell.

Regal Acquisition

An 8.2-acre mobile home development in North Little Rock rang up a $1.5 million sale.

Regal Bethany LLC of Monsey, New York, purchased the Bethany East Mobile Home Park at 6800 E. Bethany Road from Bethany Mobile Home Park LLC, led by Jeremiah Ashcraft.

The seller carried $975,000 of the transaction.

The property was bought for $225,000 in June 1984 from Austin Wiggins Jr. and his wife, Gloria.

Garden Inn Buy

A 35-room hotel in downtown Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.4 million.

SRG Hospitality LLC, led by Keny and Kinjal Patel, bought the Garden Inn & Suites at 3803 Eighth St.

The seller is Ritroh Properties LLC, led by Bharat and Gulabben Patel. Ritroh provided a $1.1 million mortgage to fund the deal.

The 0.8-acre location was acquired for $65,000 in April 2011 from Judy Lucas.

Citizens Site

A 1.4-acre future bank branch site in west Little Rock drew a $1.36 million transaction.

Citizens Bank of Batesville acquired the land at the northwest corner of Chenal Parkway and Arkansas Systems Drive from Life & Specialty Ventures LLC, the parent company of USAble Life.

The limited liability company purchased the property in August 2011 as part of a $17.3 million deal for the former Nuvell building at 17500 Chenal Parkway. The sellers were Arkansas Systems Building Co. LLC, led by Hank Kelley; Gary and Marilyn Heathcott; and John and Karen Flake.

Eminent Domain

A 10,510-SF retail project in Jacksonville sold for $1.25 million.

The Arkansas Highway Commission purchased the Heritage Shopping Center at 2021 N. First St. from O. & Co. LLC, led by Sherri Dennis and Bill Strait.

The 1.38-acre property was bought in September 1963 as part of a $12,000 deal with C.S. and Grace Dupree, P.W. Dupree Jr. and his wife, Lorene, L.W. and Melba Dupree, M.E. and Wilma Dupree and Paul and Helen Dupree.

Suburban Acreage

An 80-acre tract on the western edge of Maumelle sold for $1.2 million.

Pinnacle Heights Development LLC, led by Shabbir Dharamsey, bought the land between Settlement and Tracks roads from Ridgeland Inc., led by Francis Whitfield. The deal is financed with a two-year loan of $1.4 million from Connect Bank of Star City.

Ridgeland acquired the property for $39,000 in February 2001 from Stanley and Sybil Dunski.

Multifamily Sale

A 14-unit apartment project in Little Rock changed hands in a $900,000 deal.

Rock Capital Fund LLC of San Diego purchased the 7718 S St. project from TMH Properties-S Street LLC, led by Rebecca Hammett.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $922,641 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union.

The 0.64-acre development was bought for $830,000 in November 2012 from S Street Apartments LLC, led by Rob Parker and Eric McDuffie.

Duplex Trio

Three duplexes in west Little Rock changed hands in a $900,000 deal.

Kingdom Favored Properties LLC, led by Andre Bernard II and his wife, Jessica, acquired the properties at 212 Chandridge Park Drive from the Rodney Chandler Living Trust.

The deal is financed with a 25-year loan of $722,500 from Stone Bank of Mountain View.

The 0.52-acre site was purchased for $55,000 in January 2014 from the Mary L. Pickering Revocable Living Trust.

Driven Development

A 1.08-acre commercial site in west Little Rock rang up an $825,000 sale.

Boing US Holdco Inc., an affiliate of Driven Brands of Charlotte, North Carolina, bought the location at 19410 Cantrell Road. The seller is ERB Holdings LLC, led by Matt Sitton.

ERB acquired the property six months ago as part of a $1.1 million deal with DLGCFG Trust, led by Clara Faye George; and Glen and Gayla Gibbons.

Bath Shoppe Buy

A 14,560-SF office-warehouse project in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $820,000 transaction.

RHF Investments LLC, led by Tyler Pierce, Jason Roach and Doug Malstrom, acquired The Bath Shoppe at 7322 Cock of the Walk Lane from Troy Wilkins Jr. and his wife, Sandra.

The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $820,000 from First State Bank of Lonoke.

The 1.43-acre site was purchased in March 2000 as part of a $115,000 deal with Sterling Redfern IRA.

Better Business Buy

A 4,134-SF office building in west Little Rock drew a $670,000 transaction.

Better Business Bureau of Arkansas Inc., led by Janet Robb, purchased the 17711 Cantrell Road project from Bank of Little Rock.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $400,000 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville.

The bank recovered the 0.27-acre development from 17711 Cantrell LLC, led by Clay Wahlquist, at a $650,000 foreclosure sale in October 2020.

Splash Purchase

A Splash Oil Change project is in motion after a $475,000 land deal in west Little Rock.

Splash Chenal EOL LLC, led by Drew Holbert, acquired the 0.77-acre site at the southwest corner of Kanis and Wellington Hills roads. The seller is Round Spring LLC, led by Paul Stagg.

Construction is funded with a two-year loan of $1.2 million from First National Bank of Paragould.

Round Spring purchased the property in December 2020 as part of a $4.5 million deal with MEBFI-Altitude LLC, led by George Dunklin and Ed Dickey.

Day Care Purchase

A 27,034-SF day care center in south Little Rock rang up a $450,000 sale.

Operating Impact Community Development Center Inc., led by Kevin Aller Sr., bought the Kingz Kidz Academy at 5705 W. 65th St. from Victory Fellowship Inc., led by Paul Doherty.

The deal is financed with a two-year loan of $399,000 from Funding Rush Inc. of Burlingame, California.

Rural Acreage

A 47-acre tract in north Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $447,260 deal.

James A. Rogers Excavating Inc., led by Christopher Meyer, bought the land at the south end of Pine Valley Road from Billy and Linda Morden and Byron and Marilyn McKimmey.

The property was acquired as part of an $8 million transaction in February with Metropolitan Land Co., representing the heirs of Justin Matthews and his Metropolitan Trust.

The Arbors

A 5,382-SF home in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock sold for $995,000.

Martin and Terri Gunaca purchased the house from Thomas and Mary Herr. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $395,500 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The location was bought for $105,000 in November 2004 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.

Forest Heights

A 4,227-SF home in Little Rock’s Forest Heights neighborhood drew an $865,000 transaction.

Elija and Caitlin Cunningham purchased the house from Aaron and Holly Nicholson. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $865,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The Nicholsons bought the residence for $810,000 in November 2002 from William and Paula Tinsley.

Heights House

A 3,554-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock sold for $799,000.

Samuel and Sarah Baxter acquired the house from Howard Payne III and his wife, Margaret. The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $548,250 from Riverside Bank of Sparkman.

The Paynes purchased the property for $215,000 in January 2012 from Harry and Patty Criner.

The Ranch

A 4,859-SF home in The Ranch neighborhood in west Little Rock changed hands in a $735,000 deal.

Elliott and Stephanie Chester acquired the house from Ahmed Ali and Noha Mohamed. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $548,250 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The residence was purchased for $500,000 in October 2013 from James and Patricia Touse.

Robinwood Abode

A 4,026-SF home in the Robinwood neighborhood of Little Rock rang up a $729,000 sale. Jonathan Hart bought the house from Leigh Lovett.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $737,400 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The residence was acquired for $639,900 in April 2018 from Luke Ramsey.

Falstone Court

A 4,400-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood changed hands in a $725,000 deal.

Bushra Khatib and Malek Al-Hawwas bought the house from Jim Pace Homes LLC. The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $350,000 from 2004-0000147 LLC of Wilmington, Delaware.

The limited liability company acquired the location for $98,000 in August 2020 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Club House

A 3,360-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock drew a $720,000 transaction. 1921 Beechwood LLC, led by Margaret Fontes, purchased the house from Robert and Marjorie Dudley.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $825,000 from Paragould’s First National Bank. The Dudleys bought the residence for $305,000 in June 1996 from Daniel and Ann Kemp.

Riviera Residence

A 2,865-SF condo in the Riverdale area of Little Rock is under new ownership after a $685,000 transaction.

Murry Newbern purchased the 11th-floor Riviera residence from ZP Management & Investments LLC, led by Lacy Fyrwald.

ZP bought the space for $830,000 in March 2009 from Riviera Partners LLC, led by Tom Rystrom.

The Courts

A 5,276-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock rang up a $649,900 sale.

Charles Runyan III and his wife, Bethany, acquired the house from Dennis and Roxanne Watkins. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $649,900 from First Horizon Bank.

The Watkins family purchased the residence for $490,000 in August 2011 from Eagle Bank Trust of Little Rock.

Westover Hills

A 3,107-SF home in Little Rock’s Westover Hills neighborhood is under new ownership after a $640,000 deal.

Michael Jerkins acquired the house from Smart Development LLC, led by Robert Perry and Anthony Otwell.

The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $576,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The location was purchased in July 2020 for $150,000 from Majestic Group LLC, led by Wallis Allen Jr.

Scott and Joan Ford bought the house from Steven and Stacey Toler.

The residence and 3.14-acre spread were acquired for $72,000 in October 1981 from Dallas and Elsie Jones.

Villages at Wellington

A 4,413-SF home in the Villages at Wellington neighborhood in west Little Rock changed hands in a $610,000 deal.

Stefan Johansson acquired the house from Johnathan and Haley Wyatt. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $488,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage.

The Wyatts purchased the residence for $552,000 in May 2018 from Ling Gao and Haibo Zhao.

Woodlands Edge

A 3,846-SF house in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $605,000 transaction.

The Melissa Ann Smalling Revocable Trust bought the house from John and Jessica Baker.

The Bakers acquired the residence for $565,000 in March 2018 from Mike Maulden.

A 4,678-SF home in Maumelle’s Osage Falls neighborhood changed hands in a $600,000 deal. Jeffery and Jennifer Cooper purchased the house from Kelly and Tani Joiner.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $480,000 from Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. of Carrollton, Texas.

The location was bought for $42,000 in November 1998 from Osage Falls Development LLC, led by Lynn Dickey.
