Jack Bosch has been named the first chief operating officer for Entegrity of Little Rock, an energy services company. Bosch was previously a general manager with ConEdison Solutions.
Meredith Roberts, a native of Fort Smith, was elevated to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Associated Electric Cooperative of Springfield, Missouri, on Oct. 1. Roberts, who has worked for Associated for 17 years, was promoted from vice president and controller.
Colby Wells, chief executive officer of South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative in Arkadelphia, has been appointed to the board of directors of Today’s Power Inc. of North Little Rock, a subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc.
