McKinney Remains on State Commission (Movers & Shakers)

J. Cliff McKinney II, a managing member of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock, has been reappointed to the Legislative Committee of the Uniform Law Commission. Gov. Asa Hutchinson first appointed McKinney in 2017. His new term ends in 2025.

Sarah J. Breeding and Mark K. Cameron have joined Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP of Little Rock.

Breeding will join the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Rogers office and focus primarily on business and commercial disputes. She joins the firm after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Arkansas in 2018.

Cameron joins the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in Little Rock, representing employers in litigation matters involving discrimination and Fair Labor Standards Act claims. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He earned a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service in 2020 and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Latin American studies from the University of Arkansas in 2015.
