Recent field work produced a bountiful harvest of million-dollar transactions in Pulaski County.

► Highland Midtown Apartments LLC and Thorson Highland Midtown LLC, both of Wilmette, Illinois, bought the 165-unit Summit House apartment project at 400 N. University Ave. in midtown Little Rock for $20.1 million.

The multifamily highrise was sold by Summit House LLC, an affiliate of DavisRE in Dallas and Cayman Ventures LLC, an affiliate of Grander Capital Partners of Dallas.

► KNB Hospitality LLC, led by Bobby Sharolia, sold the 78-room Springhill Suites by Marriott at 306 Markham Center Drive in west Little Rock for $4.7 million.

Buyer: CH Unit 1 LLC, led by Larry Crain Jr.

► S&T of Camden LLC, led by Stephen and Teresa McCann, purchased the 11,872-SF SCA Pharmaceuticals project at 8821 Knoedl Court in west Little Rock for $4 million.

Seller? 8821 Knoedl LLC, led by Thomas Schmidt and Nick and John Makris.

► C-S-B Partnership II LLLP, led by James Conner; the James Bolivar Conner Revocable Trust and Delrena C. Sides sold the 582-unit Westside Mini Storage project at 1605 Green Mountain Drive in west Little Rock for $3.5 million.

Buyer: Westport Little Rock Self Storage LLC, an affiliate of Westport Properties in Irvine, California.

► Juguehy LLC of Celebration, Florida, acquired the 4,064-SF Arkansas Dentistry & Braces project at 4901 Warden Road in North Little Rock for nearly $2.2 million.

Seller: Bradford Square of Arkansas LLC, led by Mark and Kimberly Dake.

► Hillside Bayou MHP LLC of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, sold its namesake 45-acre mobile home park at 8105 Old Tom Box Road in north Pulaski County for more than $2.5 million.

Buyer? BP Hillside AR 2021 LLC, an affiliate of ClearTrail Real Estate in Richmond, Virginia.

► Getty Leasing Inc., an affiliate of Getty Realty Corp. of Jericho, New York, bought a 2,752-SF convenience store at 2255 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville for more than $1.6 million.

► Scott Hogan sold his 4,675-SF home in Little Rock’s Riverview Point neighborhood for $1.5 million to Harvey Beech.

► 11501 Huron Properties LLC, led by Mark York, purchased its 12,600-SF namesake office building address in west Little Rock for $1.3 million.

Seller: Huron Lane LLC, led by Victor Jacuzzi Jr.

► Rose City Convenience LLC, led by Bharatbhai Hamirani and Mantej Singh, acquired the 3,850-SF A to Z convenience store at 4614 E. Broadway in North Little Rock for $1.2 million from Young and Nam Kim.

► 207 West 3rd Development LLC, led by Haitham Alley, sold a 0.32-acre parking lot at the southeast corner of Third and Center streets in downtown Little Rock for almost $1.1 million.

Buyer: DI-Little Rock Properties LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Dyke Industries.

► Gene and Lisa Schoonmaker bought a 4,622-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for $1 million.

► Robert Porter Jr. and his wife, Marilynn, sold their 3,042-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood for $1 million to Morris and Gail Arnold.
