Matt Cardin has been named vice president for academic affairs at North Arkansas College of Harrison. He previously was a doctoral cohort coordinator for the John E. Roueche Center’s Community College Leadership Program at Kansas State University of Manhattan, Kansas.
Cardin holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a master’s degree in religious studies from Missouri State University of Springfield and a doctorate in leadership from the University of the Cumberlands of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
Amy Fisher has been promoted to chief human resources officer of John Brown University of Siloam Springs. Fisher has been director of human resources, risk management and government relations since 2015. Fisher holds an MBA in leadership and ethics and will continue to serve as director of government relations.
