Ronnie Brewer Jr. Sells Fayetteville Home

Did you hear that former University of Arkansas star and NBA player Ronnie Brewer Jr. sold his Fayetteville home?

Brewer, who is now the Razorbacks’ recruiting coordinator, made a tidy profit on the home, which sold for more than $2.3 million. Brewer paid $1.8 million for it in 2010.

The two-story home on North Candlewood Drive in east Fayetteville is 6,340 SF with a fireplace and pool. The buyer was Erin Brady, a Fayetteville dentist, who took out loans with Regions Bank and First National Bank of Fort Smith totalling more than $2.4 million.

Brewer was a first-round draft choice by the Utah Jazz in 2006 after his Arkansas career. He played for 10 seasons in the NBA.

He is the son of Ron Brewer, who also played at Arkansas and in the NBA.
